Easily my top 3 Chinese restaurant in my stay here in Sydney. My personal favourites are the Gow Gees Dumplings (hakaw), Fried Calamari, and Satay. Choose whatever satay you want from the options and you will not be disappointed. It works well on its own but definitely better with rice. The prices are definitely worth it. The servings are easily good for two people or for people with big appetite even the dumpling are bigger than usual sizes. Always order with special fried rice. This is flavourful and rightly seasoned. The umami can be a bit strong for you if you prefer on the bland side but this is one of those Chinese places that I don’t need to further season my food. Good on its own. This is also a good place for family celebrations and you will definitely get a bang for the buck. Big bonus and the real winner of this place are the staff. They treat you like royalty and moves efficiently with the service. Have a couple more visits and they are now your friends. P.S. If you’re taking away, call ahead and you will get your order taken care of within 15 minutes.

What a fantastic night! Great restaurant, great food, great atmosphere! From the moment my wife and I walked in with our five young children it was clear the staff were used to families. The staff were all so friendly, attentive and genuine, the really made us feel welcome. They There was a band which was also fun and added to the vibe. When we ordered later deep fried ice cream they didn’t just put on the topping in the kitchen they brought out all the topping bottles and sprinkles to the table. Then they gave the kids lolly pops. As we went one of the waitresses showed the kids one of the live lobsters and let them touch it. Well done Fortuna Gardens, we’ll be back!!

I had my birthday dinner here and I love it very much. Once we informed them, it was a birthday. They gave us 2 helium balloons to attach to our seat. We decided to go with their banquet banquet, which had 2 type of food for entree, 5 5 main foods, and fried ice cream. The food was too good to be $45 per person. I really enjoyed dining here. Can't wait to return there.

Tony & staff are nothing less than brilliant. The food in this restaurant is the best in Sydney. The portions are generous & quality is superb. I use to work in the centre where the restaurant is attached to & haven’t been there in a few years. Still a fantastic place to eat. If you want great food & service , this is the place to go.
